Return/Exchange + Repair Policy
Return/Exchange Policy:
We realize buying jewelry from a website, whether it is for yourself or a gift, does not always work out. Therefore we do allow returns for credit, not refunds, within 10 days of purchase. Exchanges will be for items in stock. Any previous discounts will not apply to new purchases.
If a return is requested, please contact us and describe the issue. If we deem it a fair request we will give you authorization to return the piece. Please do NOT ship returns to us without our approval or the items will be returned to the buyer. Original receipts must accompany all returns/exchanges.
Items are expected to be returned unworn and undamaged.
- Please note that special orders and commissions are not returnable.
- Return shipping and full insurance is the responsibility of the customer. DSC is not responsible for loss or damages during shipment.
- Repairs: unless the piece is deemed faulty, all repairs or refinishing is done for a fee.
